Cameroon’s building construction and related trades sector has in recent years been witnessing an unprecedented boom which has made it the most flourishing sector of the national economy in terms of the volume of investment carried out. It is a sector within which technological innovations are developed in construction materials, technical and energy automation equipment, etc., thus enabling reduction in costs and shortening project schedules.
Based on the foregoing, the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts (CCIMC) and the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) signed a partnership agreement with a view to co-organizing an Africa Building Industry Trade Show dubbed AFRIBAT Cameroun 2018 to Cameroon in April 2018.
AFRIBAT Cameroun 2018 will take place from 17th to 22nd April 2018 at the Exhibition Centre in Tsinga in Yaounde (Cameroon) under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Head of Government, and with the sponsorship of the Permanent Conference of African French-speaking Trade Chambers (CPCCAF).
AFRIBAT Cameroun 2018 is a specialised biennial trade show and a platform for international meetings and the revitalisation of trade and cooperation between professionals, experts and entrepreneurs of the building and related trades sector, who will be present to display their innovative products and services, share experiences and know-how and conclude important partnerships and/or agreements.
AFRIBAT Cameroun 2018 will see the participation of about fifteen foreign delegations from the Maghreb, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Asia and America in a show village of 10,000 m².
This 2018 edition of the trade show will place Tunisia in the spotlight.
